Ringing in the New Year - SW Florida Style!

Image
Join us for a SW Florida New Year's Eve Celebration in Downtown Cape Coral! Here in sunny SW Florida we are  always  looking for any excuse to get outside and celebrate, and there is no excuse like New Year's Eve! Alright, so... there is also the Tour de Cape in a few weeks. And the Burrowing Owl Festival in February. And the Taste of the Cape in March. And the Cardboard Boat Regatta. Then in April there's... well, like I said - any excuse!

Merry Christmas from Sunny SW Florida!

Lately, has the newspaper mentioned cheap airfare?  Now is the time to find out! With daily flights in and out of our 3 nearby airports, there's never been a better time to dip your toes in the water and see what SW Florida is all about. See for yourself how inexpensive it can be to fly into  Fort Myers ,  Naples , or  Punta Gorda! You've got to stop wishing, got to go fishin'.  Or shell-hunting. Or golfing. Or boating. Or beach-bumming. Or any of the myriad of options for fun in the SW Florida sun! Don't let cabin fever get the best of you. Come for a visit! But be warned - you may never want to leave. There is a heaven for you, and it does have a beach attached.  As if you needed an excuse (and in case you missed all the hints)  Margaritaville has come to Fort Myers Beach!  Just opened and now booking, Margaritaville offers 254 rooms as well as multiple bars and grills, a coffee shop, a retail shop, a robust exercise facility, and a spa! Come on...

They  also  understand that the real estate industry is complex and ever changing, and that they will need to keep educating themselves in order to keep up if they want to provide their clients with the best service possible. An Experienced Professional There is only one way to gain experience, and I'm fortunate to say I have that in abundance. (Have a look at my ever growing  list of satisfied clients .) But why only learn from m...
